Amigurumi crochet DRAGON free pattern

June 23, 2021

Hello ❤︎

On this page, you will find a free crochet dragon pattern.

This pattern is one of the amigurumi patterns from the Chinese horoscope. I am currently working on other patterns in this series. Patterns that have already been published can be found at this link knittedstorybears.com/crochet-horoscope

Back last year, I first came up with this crochet dragon. Look at the sketches! But I decided not to wait for the year of the dragon, according to the Chinese horoscope, and made a pattern right now!

I look forward to seeing your photos of the amigurumi dragon on Instagram with the hashtag #knittedstorybears and will be sure to share them in my @knittedstorybears account stories!

Shop it.

If you prefer to download a PDF version of this pattern without the ads, you can purchase it here ↠ https://www.etsy.com/listing/1040856077

I publish many of my tutorials on the blog for free. I would really appreciate it if you would repost this picture on Pinterest. This way you help my blog grow and support the release of new free amigurumi patterns. Thank you!

Materials.

  • DK weight yarn in 3 colors - red, yellow, black (for example, I used Yarn and Colors Must-Have yarn, 50 g 125 mt, in colors 030 Red Wine (1/2 skein), 014 Sunflower (1/3 skein), 099 Anthracite (1/10 skein));
  • crochet hook 2.5 mm;
  • stuffing;
  • yarn needle;
  • scissors;
  • safety eyes 8 mm.

The size of the toy is approx. 7 inches (18 cm) tall if made with indicated materials.

Of course, you can choose other kinds of yarns, just know that the size of the toy may vary if you choose another weight of yarn and crochet hook number.

The pattern is written in English, using US terminology.
